I wanted to migrate to prepaid since they charge very extra (plus tax) compare to prepaid with the same plan.
So I called them, they said just go to Vodafone store.
But when I visited, they said we need service number. Customer-care-helpline should have told me this at first place.
I sent SMS for service number, as said by store. But they didn't respond. I repeated again, then called complaint (198). Then they provided me that.
I again visited the same store, now they said that I have to visit a different store. Even they should have told me at first visit.
At 12th Dec, I submitted docs and received sim, I paid 240 Rs. They said it will be activated within 24 hrs.
I waited 4-5 days, then called 198. They accepted some fault in their system. And filled complain (service reg no:[protected]. After 48 hrs, They closed request without resolving and acknowledging me.
I again filed a complaint, this time I wrote complain form on their website (service reg no:[protected].
I called 7-8 times. Each time they say that it will activate within 24 hours. But no response yet.
Please transfer me to prepaid ASAP, else I have to switch to another network. Was this information helpful? |
