Sir, i Mithilesh kumari is prepaid consumer from saharsa bihar, India.My sim no. is [protected] i'm worried that from some month my sim balance have deducted and when i talked with costumercare they said that my data pack had been on.But i'm unable to understand that if i not used or on my data than how they deducted money from the balance. so there i kindly request u to return my money .So i'm registering a complain in Consumer forum.
