[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid Odisha — Balance deducation

Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Bibekananda Tandia a customer of Vodafone Odisha Prepaid Conection.My mobile number is [protected]. I have been charged 148 rupees for Rs 49.00 for MOBIGOSSIP DOWNLOAD and Rs 99.00 for SHORTFORMAT DOWNLOAD.But i did not download the content, I was just browsing free sites.When i called customer care they were told the wrong information and transfered to my call 121(Offer Department). If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites.
