[Resolved] Vodafone — prepaid vodafone india - wrong bill and no explanation on billing detail. | |
Dear sir, Vodafone is charging from main balance though we have bought valid unlimited package. Always ends that out of main balance and no call is allowed. Once we charge main balance again they do the same. The helpline are not o[censored]se and hard to get the executive to expatiation. Even if get they do not provide details of the billing. If wants to raise complaint they says no option for it and will consider it as suggestion only. Was this information helpful? | |
