Just now (23 December, 2021), I recharged a tariff of INR 99/- (28 days validity with 200 mb data), all rounder pack. But even after 30 minutes, balance is not credited to my Number [protected] (west bengal circle SIM),
I am attaching the Payment 'RECEIPT' for your kind apprisal.
I had to call my mother in law, for her health.
But sadly, I could not connect. the dialer tone suggests as "You are unable to Call".
This sad plight of our telecommunication in our country (sadly, INDIA aka Bharat), the sad state of the dacoity by MNC (Vodafone) from the pocket of AAM people...see the condition of hon'ble PM's digital India...
However the Telecaller said...I will get the money back...in 3-4 days...Money is not a thing that can replace the "state of mind" while I could not connect to my relative...
It is embarrassing situation while the country is on the verge of 5G...
The Damn Dacoit VOdafone has stolen my money earlier, too...
My objection is " I seek a Sure Remedy for this condition". For God's sake...No one (common labourer) knows, what scythe has been used to drench their pocket by the blue collars...
Please take immediate action so that the system must not face any corruption...anymore...save us from Dacoits...
I seek an immediate refund...as well as compensation (in terms of full 2 years recharge) for the loss of time and hackle which is deliberatly done in the name of system failure, while my payment is successful (myvi.in) ...attaching the receipt...for your kind perusal...
