Vodafone — Refusal to change postpaid connection prepaid

I have a postpaid mobile phone connection having SIM card no.[protected]. since it's charging the bill more than the actual usage I want to convert it to prepaid. I visited Vodafone customer care at least 10 times. Each time they give different reason for not doing same.
First time they said that I can't change my postpaid to till the completion of six months.
Second time when I visited after completion of six months they said that I have a corporate plan and my employer have to give the request. But when I enquired with my employer they said it is not necessary.
After that they told different different reasons
Before two months when I visited they recommended to visit on billing date which is 2nd of each month. I was not able to go on 2nd so I visited on 5th. So they said that your billing date is already crossed and asked me to come on 2nd of next month.
Today (2nd of March) when I visited they said that my bill is still not generated and asked me to come tomorrow. But Its not possible for me to visit on 3rd of march. and if I will visit on 4th or 5th they will say bill date is crossed.
It is the very bad experience for me.
I want the same number with prepaid connection.

I had same experience with vodafone store they have made me to do 8 visit and now finally they are saying i have to pay Rs. 10 For Sim card and compulsory 1st recharge of Rs. 415 + bill and unbill usage payment
415 Recharge is is twice of my current rental.

Where else call center no have any information about what will be minimum recharges or my not want to disclose and saying that lower recharge may not be available in store that's why they may have told. you visit some other store #@at %*(# they are no giving purposely 415 has some talk time of Rs. 89 and 1gb 4G/3G net and my phone is basic phone of samsung no net.

They are not good with customer service and approach is not well. when you say i will port out. the replay it's your choice or pay as said.

super monopoly example then i visited 3 more store same approach.

finally one friend told me to fight and they will do in 10 + 74 recharge as they get points or incentive on sell that is why they let you to go with loss.

or port out to some other operator in prepaid. by sending 1900 and your no and share with new operator.
pay bill and unbill usage with some 5 to 10 rupee extra stop net and out going till port and done.

Both option works 2nd option of port worked for me in 8 days. 1st was bill 199 (229) i paid 250 and PORT 9769XXXXXX got upc code given to new operator and eureka to prepaid. :)

1st option if you have good source in cop or in vodafone or you have some reporter friend which i did not had to teach them lesson. same time one person was there with his wife in store he heard my talk and he show is id and his no changed in just 84 rs. he was from ACB but i loos my trust so i break up with Vodafone.
