My Vodafone number [protected] was previously COCP, then I transferred it to IOIP ( individually owned individually paid).
And while transferring SiM from company name to my name I submitted my all individual documents & a letter from my previous company/ employer for transfer on authorised Vodafone service center.
After that I have been given new SIM card & it was activated after few days after my KYC verification.
And suddenly after 1 month my SIM card was deactivated without any intimation & when i called on customer care they are saying that they do not have my documents.
They are saying me to visit and check with them regarding this issue. And during this process my SIM card will be deactivate & i will not be able to do any online transaction, will not able to receive any important calls.
Ultimately i have to suffer due to the silly mistake of Vodafone executives.
And there is threat as well that my missing documents from Vodafone service center can be miss used.
And due to mistake of Vodafone i have to visit on their centre.
