[Resolved] Vodafone — Regarding the remaining amount | |||
Dear sir/mam Myself Pradeep Kumar and my Vodafone No. [protected]. I have migrated this no. from postpaid to prepaid on 27th March 2014. At that time i have paid 200 extra billed amount after told by your executive. As per information by your executive, with in 60 days my extra remaining balance including security amount (250/-) should be refunded by check. but still i am getting the check of Rs. 200 only.
