I buy a New SIM Card from Company Provided Retailer on[protected] at 10:00AM and Retailer said me (on the behalf of company) that your SIM will activated same day evening or next day evening but today[protected] and the SIM card not activated yet.Then I complain to the company custmer care to activate my mobile number but there is no responds taken by them.Then I complain to Bihar Zone head to activate my mobile number which I taken last friday(4/12/2015) from your company provided Retailer but there is no responds by him.
