I was choosen Vodaphone service for better cumminucation under portabilty from Airtel as there network not avaialble in my resdential area borivali mumbai-400092 for three numbers.
For that I have been submitted all the necessary douments with filled form to one of associates from Vodaphone i.e. Systematic Knowledge services Pvt Ltd, andheri east on 05/11/15 and my unfortunates days started from that day.
1. I have receved two SIM card but still they are not activated,
2. Third SIM card not received as the associates from Vodaphone i.e. Systematic Knowledge services Pvt Ltd, andheri east not entered the coorect plan in their system which I got all this information by my continous follow up to them. The person from Systematic Knowledge services Pvt Ltd always misguding and not taking calls also.
3. Vodaphone customer care always replied my false statemnet by not studing their system
4. I suffer and frustrated a lot due to this casual approach by associates and vodaphone
From one 15 days I am followng to the vodaphone and their associtaes as I am not able cumminicate with the perons due bad netwrok of Airtel for which I am slecting Vodaphone for better service, but on initial stage I am receiving this bad experince
