Its been more than a year i am requesting a SIM replacement. I am in New Zealand now. I have Delhi SIM [protected] which is lost. Due to pandemic I could not return India and this number is linked with my AAdhaar card and internet banking. My parents live in Haryana and Vodafone is regularly insisting me to send one of them to Delhi to collect the SIM.I have access to my registered email and alternate number. I don't understand why they are forcing me to send my old age parents whereas I am happy to verify my details over video call. I have sent all the necessary documents to Vodafone with an authorization letter so that my cousin can collect the SIM on behalf. I am a Vodafone customer in New Zealand which is also not helpful in this.
Moreover Vodafone wants somebody who has the same address in his ID which is not possible and i used to live alone in Delhi.
