Vodafone — Sms services not working

Hi recently i lost my cell phone and had to temporarily block thr sim and when i got a new cell phone i got my new sim with same mob. No. My data plan was resumed without any issue but my sms services are still not working neither i am receiving any sms not i am able to send any
