I had taken a new Vodafone sim on Friday 13th, March 2015. Today morning 15th March 2015, I called Vodafone CCare 117 for final verification. Now they have activated my sim, and I am able to receive calls also. But the disappointing thing is that, I have not received the first recharge benefits yet, i.e. - 150rs balance, and 1Gb 3G data.
The mam at the CCare end had ensured me that I will get the benefits after 15 minutes of the call. But I haven't got any benefit yet. And the worst thing that could happen to anyone is that, I am unable to call at any CCare number. 121, 198, 117 every number is saying, "You have unsufficient balance to make this call".
Kindly help me. I had opted for the 275Rs first rechare with benefits of 150rs lifetime balance and 1Gb 3G data (data for 1 month).
