Vodafone Store — Billing date issue,Wrong renewal date of plan.Charging Errors | |||
Respected Sir/Ma'm, I Mr.Rajendra Padwal, I have been having continous appointments with your vodafone store emloyees and they arw unable to sort the problems of my billing date.As per form I have been informed that my bill date is 18th of each month but the plans applicable on my cellphone number are been renewed on 28th of each month. Due to such technical issues of yours n facing the problem of bill amounts.I am been charged surplusly of what it should charge us in actual.I wish to pay the amount due from Jan 18 to Feb 18 only oher outstanding amount is been charged surplusly.
