Request Amount of online recharge:Rs.501.00

POS: 00005077
Payment made thro.: SBI debit card.
Reson for my complaint: Recharge amount debited from my SBI debit Card but Recharge of Rs.501.00 not completed on my above numbered mob.no.- [protected].
Requesting for either reversal of my amount to my SBI debit card or restore recharge of Rs.501.00 on immediate priority basis.

Special Mention: Tried to verify transaction using the option " Verify My Transaction" on vodafone official web site but without any success.Hence the the above complaint.
