I've taken a postpaid Vodafone card on July 2nd. They told me that it will get activated by 8 pm on the same day. But it didn't happen so. I visited Vodafone store on 8 th and complained about this. They told that when the inquiry team came to our apartments our security didnt allow them inside. This is not at all reliable. It didnt happen so far. We've been staying in the same apts for the past 6 yrs. They told me that they cant activate the SIM unless they inquire and told me that they will send the inquire team again and asked me not to go out anywhere that day. But no one came and my SIM didnt get activated. I went to the stores and had a fight with them. I told them i will go out of the stores until they get it activated. They activated it and told me that they will send inquire team again that day. I stayed at home all the day but no one came. Again today i.e., tue 14th july again they cut the service. Again i visited the stores. they told that they have inquire and it will take 24 hr.
I asked them to refund my money and i dont want their services. They told me that they can return only 350 (500 was the deposit) or wait till it gets activated.
I am totally upset with their service. I want to bring this to consumer forum notice. Pl. tell me what to do? Was this information helpful? |
