Vodafone Store — Rude Behavior. | |||
I went to the Vodafone store in Asansol (South), West Bengal, to get my SIM changed from a normal to a nano SIM. The customer service executive (Mr. Pawan Sharma, FaceBook ID: http://facebook.com/aditya.git) asked me to do a recharge of 25 INR. I went outside to do the recharge, returned within 2 mins only to find him serving another customer. I had to wait for 10 mins before he entertained me again. When I told him about it, he refrained to listen to me talked to me in a rude tone about why i took so long and he had every liberty to make me wait. The tag in his badge said, "Happy to help".
