[Resolved] Vodafone Tamilnadu — Vodafone Mobile network abuse | |||
Hi sir/madam, Herewith i would like to inform you that i wish to change the mobile network through portability by retaining the same number. so i already sent SMS to Vodafone care followed by (PORT [protected]) to 1900, they also sent the portability code but today i received that your portability code is not valid and expired.I contact to the customer care they replied me that your mobile number in special offer and i am unaware of that offer still now ! and it is in contractual obligation. Who are they to decide themselves and activate the special pack???? without my knowledge? It is my second complaint about VODAFONE.
