i recently shifted from vodafone prepaid to postpaid.I was told that i would get various offers like cheaper 3g and reduced call rates by a vodafone representative.He told me that i would get 1 gb 3g for 2 months for Rs.150 but now when i shifted the vodafone representatives are saying that no such offer was given to you. the number of the person who gave me the offer is [protected] and my number is [protected](airtel number as i had to switch of my vodafone number) Was this information helpful? | |||

yeah that was because you used to call me every day for 5 days saying that we will get back to you about your complain with in 24 hours, i didnt pick your phone once. if possible call me back today any time but only if you have a solution to my problem

i didn't receive any call from your side.anyways, I received a bill today with a lot of charges due to 3g usage which by the way i am not paying. and i would be pressing charges. and i guess i forgot to mention that i have the recording of the representative who offered me the deal.
