Vodafone Vi changed rules and regulations without any notification or email from app
Today I have tried to send a message from my Vodafone number for bank purpose
I got to know that we have to recharge min of 128 rupees to send a text message after calling to customer care
Without text message, I can't get my bank account back and without bank account, I can't recharge the Vi.
