Dear helpdesk,
I am facing this issue from last six months, i had requested for discontinuation of [protected] number on 19th december 2015.
Within 8-10 days vodafone issued this number to mr. Dhanajay trivedi from ghatkopar vodafone gallery; i have this much detail only about number transfer. When i come to know from gallery that he is using that number i straight away sent an email that i wont be responsible to pay for this number any more. Mr. Trivedi continued using that number and bill amount went up to 5000 rs.
Now vodafone has barred my existing number from last 8 days. I did not transfer that number to mr. Trivedi infact i have never met this person.
I am getting same response as always that you have to pay this bill as documents shows your name and address unless n until you don't pay this bill we wont restart your existing number.
I am really fed up with this issue; its a mental torture for the mistake which has not done from me. Its not about bill its about truth.
I am sure i will get justice on this; that person used that number made this much bill and not showing courtesy to pay the bill too.
