Rs. 20 was deducted from my account. When I spoke to the customer care executive, he told me that my song pack had been activated.
I've never activated a song pack and I don't even know about it.
This amount is being deducted from the mobile balance without any OTP, no confirmation or any customer notification.
I want a refund of the amount deducted.
