Vodafone — Unethical behaviour | |||
I was offered Internet pack of concessional Rs 99/- to be starting from 28/7/15 as per the Company offer on my mobile no [protected]. I was surprised to receive reply from Company that - " We wish to inform you that unlimited data plan of Rs.249 2GB with reduced rental of Rs.99 is active on the above Vodafone mobile number effective 08//08/15. We also wish to inform you that data plan of Rs.249 2GB @Rs.99 is complimentary offer for 1 bill cycle. Post completion of the same you will be charged the Rs.249 for the data plan. " Since this was not as per the recorded call on the part of the Co. I had sent email to the co. as under Refer your e-mail dated 08/08/15 regarding data plan for mobile number [protected].and my email dated 10th August 2015. and reminder dated 21/08/2015 with no communication. I am being informed about activation of concessional internet plan of Rs. 99/- after 10 days of billing cycle. I also regret to note the offer is only for one month. I may state that when offer was made it was for 2 months. In my opinion it is a cheating on the part of the company like Vodafone, which likes to misrepresent the offers and to make the customer to shell out more, I wish that the Co adhere to fair trade practices. I still await your response in the matter I WISH TO TAKE THE MATTER TO CONSUMER FORUM There is no response from the Company till date. RAJAN JAVERI Was this information helpful? | |||
