Vodafone — Unnecessary activation/subscriptions | |
Vodafone has always caused issues. Even when I want to opt out of the network to chose any other option whilst maintaining the same no. they don't allow me to. My major concern and complaint is that, how do you ppl activate services and subscriptions without the consent of the customers? Every time money is deducted for subscriptions and when you cancel the subscription no money is refunded. I can't waste my time at your service centre or you Vodafone hub to resolve issues created by you. And I sure as hell don't want to waste any penny on the subscription if I haven't even voluntarily opted for it. Was this information helpful? | |
