I use Vodafone services from past many years. Recently, I had started activating the unlimited packages. Current activation of the package was expired on date Saturday, 27th July 2019 and I was about to recharge it on Monday, 29th July 2019.
I have already fulfilled the criteria of minimum balance by recharging of Rs. 50 back on 4th May 2019.
Meanwhile, Vodafone has deducted Rs.24 from my account balance stating the reason of keeping the outgoing services intact.
Vodafone hasn't taken my permission before deducting the amount and also, I had not requested them to do so. Now, since I activate my account to keep this ongoing, Vodafone is not refunding the amount which was deducted without my permission.
As I now want to resume the current plan, but Rs. 24 is already deducted which is an additional burden apart from plan amount.
Vodafone should refund Rs. 24 back to me or customise the plan, I want to activate. (Rs.399 + Rs.24)
