Vodafone — unnecessary deduction of rs 45 on activation of service [protected]@it

Sir We didnt apply or demand for such services from any body but unnecessary Rs 45 has been deducted n i got a sms from vodaphone and when I called customers care they asked me this is not vodaphone service but its actually there service n they r not giving my hard earned mony back pls help me to get it back
