[Resolved] Vodafone — Unsolicited subscriptions

My account is frequently activated with unsolicited subscriptions and services such as caller tunes, Video subscription service, Sports Pack, PAN_GMEBOX_15D_VF These are clearly unsolicited and needs to be stopped with immediate effect. Over the past several months, i would have almost paid close to INR 2000/- towards such completely unwanted subscriptions and services. Oct 06, 2020 Updated by nvrahul Amount debited from my account in the months of August and September alone is INR 383/- This has been going on for several months now. Verified Support Nov 12, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
