Hi sir, iam trying to port out my Vi sim number last 2 month but when I am sending the port message to 1900 then he reply only this message
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
Please help me
