Vodafone — UPC code - Unable to generate.

Dear Vodafone
When I am trying to generate UPC code from my Vodafone prepaid number, getting MSG
"UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

Kindly resolve my issue ASAP
