Vodafone — vas added in bill - renew prime membership without asking | |
Hi, i am using vodafone postpaid number since long, dnt now why but vodafone is getting worst not in terms of adding money in mobile bill. They have added rs. 800 as as vas in my current monh bill and saying they have renewed prime membership, i was not aware and they didnt even ask or send any confirmation message or call. Its being processed automatically, this is really ridiculous. Without confirmation how can they even renewed prime membership, for first month it was free and i didnt even aware or used ther free membership and now they have renewed it without asking. They are saying this is auto renew service. Am really not happy with this voda service. I will not pay and please remove this vas extra rs 800 something from my current month bill and confirm.
