Myself Rajwanti, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my Vi number [protected]. Despite having an active recharge of Rs 99 with a validity of 28 days and a main balance of Rs 7.47, I am unable to send a message to request a porting code.
I have tried multiple times, but the message fails to send. I have checked my account balance and validity, and everything seems to be in order. I suspect there might be a technical issue or a restriction on my number that is preventing me from sending the message.
