Dear SIr/Madam, I am Manoj from Jabalpur (M.P) and have been using Vodafone Prepaid number ([protected])for the past 5 years.Recently I have started using Vodafone Data Pack of Rs 7 in which consumers gets 35 mb balance valid for one day.Initially i did not face any problem using the service but nowadays clever Vodafone company is exhausting my net balance in 8 to 10 hours and compelling me to take day pass again by paying Rs 7.I raised this issue with Vodafone CUstomer Care but executive there told me that this kind of complaint is not acceptable.They blamed me that i must have increased by usage hence my net balance is deducting at super fast speed.However my usage is same as earlier and i know rhat its Vodafone ploy to loot the customer by compelling them to recharge again and again.I would reqeust the concerned authority to look into this matter because many customers like me is facing this kind of problem and Vodafone is not listening to them.
