I Olivia Patra am a Vodafone (Vi) user with mobile number [protected] currently added under a family plan where the primary number is [protected] and the account holder name is Rohit Bhasin.
Initially, I agreed to be a part of this family plan for convenience. However, due to personal reasons, I now want to exit the family plan and regain full individual control over my mobile number.
I have clearly and repeatedly requested the primary account holder to remove my number from the family plan. However, they have been refusing and unnecessarily delaying the process.
Additionally, the primary user has falsely claimed that a request has already been raised to remove my number. But upon contacting Vodafone customer care, I confirmed that no such request has been initiated from their side, which indicates misleading information is being provided to me.
Due to this situation, I am facing inconvenience and loss of control over my own number, which is a violation of my rights as a user.
My Request:
I request Vodafone (Vi) to:
1. Immediately remove my number [protected] from the existing family plan.
2. Restore my number as an individual connection under my full control.
3. Take necessary action to prevent such issues in the future.
