Vodafone — vodafone recharge issue - unable to activate 392 plan even though i had recharged for 400 | |||
My vodafone number is[protected] and i got message from vodafone to activate 392 plan which provides me 84 days free calls (300mins per day) and 1 gb per day. For the same reason i had recharged my mobile for rs 400 on 2nd sep. After that when i tried to activate it from ivr it says please visit store. I didn't understand the logic behind this. Even i called customer care multiple times and they are telling i should recharge exactly for rs392 to activate this offer. Why it was available in ivr to activate this offer from balance. This is pure cheating and even customer care executive have denied to provide the call recordings. They are not even ready to provide me call back and not ready to resolve this.
