Vodafone West Limited — Excess data usage charged

Dear Sir i have a plan of vodafone for data usage 500 free for month on post paid connection against of the same, only 300 mb used in sept.15 but they have charged for 633 mb without given any details to me. i have also complaint for the same in customer care but reply not given for the same request you to intervene and resolve the same.
