Vodafone is the worst service provider I have ever seen.Their customer service is useles and unsupportive.When I pressed the digit 9 they don't talk, after pressing 9 only recorded voice says that press 1 for balance, press 2 for deductions. I could not be able to connect to the vodafone customer care.Because whenever I press 9 to talk to customer care only recorded voice comes.
Yesterday, I had balance of Rs 40 in prepaid vodafone balance, after that I switched off mobile but when switched on my mobile, then I saw I had balance of Rs 0.02 only.I was shocked, how Vodafone could do this.When I wanted to speak to their customer care, I could not be able to talk because whenever I called tham, only recorded voice speaks even after pressing 9 to talk to customer care.
So, vodafone customer service is worst of the worst and now these frauds are also not talking regarding my Rs 40 deduction.
I completely followed the steps to talk to the customer care but as I told earlier that option of talk to customer care is coming after pressing 9 and then 1 but they don't talk, they intentionally forwarded my call to the recorded voice.My no. is [protected].Their customer care is so poor.
