[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong billing 98115 | |||
I am using vodafone postpaid no. [protected] from last 18 years and this time its worst dealing with corporate care. “care” word should be removed as they don’t care at all they are not bothered to reply or call or look into the matter. I was traveling to singapore and asked for basic roaming pack activation which didn’t happen same day, kept following up relationship manager but had no service for one whole day, suddenly the service got activated and downloaded few whatsapp messages within few seconds and gave me no time to switch off mobile data service. For those few messages i was charged 1100 rs. Which is too much and all that happened at the time of activating services. Throughout my trip i didn’t use mobile data, one can check records. I kept writing to corporate care but all i get in back is messages to contact me shortly and resolve it but none has called up. Every time i got similar standard replies from executives seems it’s an automated reply. No one at vodafone values old customers paying bills timely. Was this information helpful? | |||
