[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Billings | |||
Dear Vodafone Team, This is regarding a wrong bills I have been receiving since last 2-3 months as follows: I have been receiving my post-paid bill with Data Plan as 250 per month (3G Plan) Along with a BB Service Rs. 400 (per Month). However at the time of my request I have explicitly asked for cancellation of BB service, or any other data plan service and activate only the 3G Plan. I generally don’t check the bills and pay the amount. However to my surprise the Bill has been continued since last three months. Further its surprizing that 1. When I explicitly asked for cancellation of all other plans and asked him which plan is activated now, he said its 250 Rs plan. 2. Secondly, two data plans are not compatible with each other, and on activation of 1 the other should be cancelled anyway. Moreover, I could missed this point explicit mentioning if this case would not have happened recently. I accepted the point at that time, and requested Customer Care for activation of a data plan and cancellation of all other plans. However it’s very disappointing from Vodafone for its premium customers. This makes me feel cheated and would like it to be corrected. Otherwise, I would be forced to switch over the number and I will take up the matter anyways with appropriate authorities. Regards. Chirag Was this information helpful? | |||
