Vodafone — Wrong Charges Charged against Mobile Internet Charges | |||||
Hi Team, I am Vodafone user from my past 7 years and recently i switch to post-paid from pre-paid. This is in regarding that on 10th Aug'16 morning around 10 am i enabled my cellular data and open the IRCTC app where i want to check the live status of a train but when i entered on IRCTC app it's showing loading and loading only as internet speed was too slow, the loading duration is about approx. 1 minute. Then i decide to better off my cellular data as i am unable to check the status of train. Suddenly i received 1 pop message where it was showing last session usage approx. 36 MB used. I have also a Vodafone app in my mobile then i login Vodofone app and found that Rs 149 is unbilled amount. Then on 10th Aug'16 i contacted at Vodafone customer care and told them whole incident and as per them they ask me to wait till bill generation, they also assured me that i don't need to worry as i will get waiver of the same. I want to know is it a joke or what? How can Rs 149 can be deducted for1 minute for only surfing purpose. The same has been charged in my e-bill which I received it today.
