Vodafone is not clear on how it is calculating the data usage. 11 days after I paid my bill, the app is showing that I've used 97.5 GB data which is not possible. I checked on my phone settings which shows I have only used 25.15 GB data. Customer care says that I can check my daily data usage only after the bill is generated. There is no explanation for the discrepancy. I have no way to check how they have calculated this much data usage.
This clearly seems fraudulent. Vodafone has shown an impossible amount of data used. It's been 11 days since I paid my bill and I'm left with 6 GB. There is no explanation for how 97.5 GB has been used. Was this information helpful? |
