[Resolved]  Vodafone — wrong information , wrong activation of plan , no helpline connection

hello sir, im using a vodafone postpaid no. ([protected]) now . i experience the worst service in my life . i sent request from this no. to do it postpaid from prepaid vodafone no. at the time of document submit they told me the wrong plan that u will get 600 national min and 400 sms in 249 plan but i didnt get it .. then i complain they call and said me that your plan will get change and u will get 199 bumper plan from next bill cycle .. but i did not get. again i complain but i get no information regarding my issue .. then one call come and said that your plan will be activate but you have to send y to 6789 . i did but till now there is no action has been taken . and there helpline no. is off from my mobile ... i cant do complain regarding this ... plzz solve the issue as fast as you can ...and take action for the wrong information provided to me every time .
