[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong recharge of inr 5000 | |
Hi, while using phone pay i wrongly selected recharge option while i intended for a bank transfer of 5000rs. The transaction was between me and my husband hence we both are seeking for the reversal of the same as it was done on error. We are in no position to enjoy 5000 rupees of talk time. We would need that amount for some important purpose hence pls reverse this transaction and refund the amount to sender account. If this doesn't happen we will for sure loose trust on vodafone.
