I have recharged Rs 699 for unlimited pack but unfortunately mistyped a number while recharge. Immediately, I have contacted costumer care who said they do not have option to correct this kind of issues, then I have asked them to connect me to their supervisor who took my request and confirmed that the benifits of my recharge will be transferred to my number with in 24 hours but nothing happened and closed the ticket without any information to me.
Next day, I have reconnected to customer to check the status where they mentioned we have taken the request but our backend team rejected and we cannot do anything on this. Further, I have initiated emai trail with Vodafone where they credited 570 to main balance where I did recharge for 699.
I have asking them to provide 699 package benifits on my number but they are deniying and not supportive at all. Was this information helpful? |
