Vodafone — Wrongly deducting the money for data which we have not used

On 15th june my bal was rs.113 and some paise. On 16 th a pop message showed that some session has been used of data and my bal rs.112. When actually my data was not on. On 17 th too i received the same message so just to check i switched on my data immediately i received a pop up message stating 1mb was used and my bal was cut. So i switched off the data. My bal has come down to rs. 105. When i contacted the customer care they told that as per their system it is showing that i hv used the data. Before also they have deducted the money for the service which i have not activated. That was activated when in midnight when i was asleep. I don't understand how their system shows such errors. Or are they fooling the customers by telling lie and making money by unnecessarily deducting from the customers a/c.
