[Resolved] Vodafone — Zee5 subscription cancelled again | |
My name is Jay Parekh, I had taken two postpaid connection on 9th march and I was promised a free subscription of zee5, Amazon prime and Vodafone play for one year, anyways till 12 July 2020 zee5 was not started, after numerous complaints on various platforms Vodafone gave me free subscription on 12 th July confirming that I will be able to use it for full 1 year that is still 12 July 2021, suddenly they updated their app and now zee5 is not functioning, hence I called customer care of Vodafone and complained about the same, a lady named Sheetal is telling me that as they have upgraded their app zee5 content is not veiwaable anymore, so I asked what about the promise I was given that I can use zee5 for one year, to this she is saying that kitni bhi complaint karlo Kuch nahi Hoga because our ap is upgraded, what kind of customer service is this, I want to complaint against Vodafone as they have not fulfilled their commitment Was this information helpful? | |
