Vodofone — postpaid bill | |||
I was using your service till last month, i opted for 499 plan initially with vodafone, i tried to port my number to airtel, the moment i ported it, vodofone called me and asked the reason, i said i cant pay that much airtel is giving 399 plan with same features as my current vodofone 499 plan, vodofone said we also give the same plan, please stay with us, literally begging me to stay, i got a call in july month, some one says ur plan will be changed to 499 as your 399 plan is going to expire in this month, we have been giving discount for last 6 months, all these months i have been getting calls from airtel saying better plan sir, port with us, i did that, i got a 299 plan, with 20gb data, all incoming outgoing roaming is free, when i requested for port option, again the call came, we will also give the same plan, please stay with vodofone, i said, this is the second time i am facing this, i dont want to stay in in vodafone, and porting happened, i got a bill from vodofone, and the bill amount is 589, Y??? my porting happened by aug 10 th, why should i pay such a huge amount, when i am still on 399, and only for 10 days, i have been frustrated with this bill, Key Points why vodofone are any other network plays with public with constant calls and making them go through hell, with bills that they don't have to pay, 1) keep giving offers by calling, just to make people join vodafone, and make them use it and increase the plan rate eventually, 2) makes the customer agree to three to four pages, which makes them legally protective, and they have to pay the bills, public doesn't understand a single paragraph of that agreement, 3) Everything happens in phone and sends a mail disregard of what has been agreed on the phone, in my case life time offer 399 plan, all the time giving discounts in the so called 399 plan, 4) once they port, put heavy bills, and they have to pay, late fee 100rs, Conclusion: i request a proper reply, i am going through so much of mental pressure from vodofone, and anyhow i am not willing to pay vodafone, which have made me agree to to things i was unaware off, please take me to court, i will never pay vodafone from this instance, i will make my case there, if court says i have to pay, i will pay, Hope so as a citizen of india, i get some justice.
