[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Delay in the delivery of car and providing of false assurances on delivery date and wrong pretexts regarding delays.

This is to bring to your attention that the car has not been delivered in the promised timeline of two weeks as decided in the contract entered between me and your dealership (Downtown Volkswagen, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, India).

In light of this and my repeated telephonic reminders and request as well as my personal visits to your showroom on at least 2 instances post the payment of advance (paid through Axis Bank Cheque No. 307455 for INR 3512350 on August 18, 2016 and cleared on or before August 21, 2016) and also the arrangement of the sum in full from my financing institution (HDFC Bank via Auto Loan Account No. 41989897 for INR 5, 20, 000 on or before August 29, 2016). I would go ahead and file a complaint either with the consumer court or any redressal agency that is rightfully liable to take action against you and/or the dealership (Volkswagen Downtown, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, India) as represented by you.

I urge you to resolve my issue at once to avoid further action beyond what has been stated in this email as on September 12, 2016.
