Dear Sir,
This has reference to my present complain dt.01/6/15 to your 24 hr Cus. Care & series of reminder thereafter followed by written complaint on 5.6.15 & 9.6.15 on site www.voltasac.com
With deep regret & at the cost of repetition I would like to draw your immediate attention through the following;
1)I purchased the abovementioned AC unit on 10/6/14 & installed on13/06/14
2) Immediately after installation the unit stopped functioning on28/8/14, call attended by your service agent on29/8/14 with the comment ‘NO GAS’
a]As the problem was not solved at site the indoor/outdoor unit was taken back to workshop on5/9/14
b )Delivery of indoor/outdoor unit was done by your ser agent on 9/9/14 & fitted on 10/9/14 with running condition.Thus it took 14 days (from 28/8/14 to 10/9/14) to run the unit
3) Again on19/2/15 due to poor cooling I made a complaint on19/2/15, attended by your ser agent on 20/2/15, complaint resolved.
4 ) On 1/6/15 functioning the unit again stopped functioning I made a complain on 2/6/15 call no being [protected] your ser engineer inspected the unit on 3/6/15, left away with comments –No gas, unit to be taken to workshop . Thereafter I knocked all the available doors almost daily till 13/6/15 inspected the unit advised that the outer unit is to be taken to workshop & left away. Ultimately on date i, e on 15/6/15 the unit was taken away for repair.
From the facts/figures submitted above you have to agree with me that this laclustre attitude of men (your cus care unit”s failure to take up the matter with your Service Agent properly, your ser agent”s failure to detect the reccuring “No gas” problem) is not at all desirable & should be redressed immediately
From the experience (as I have had two other AC units viz, Sharp & Carrier which are running successfully for the last 3 years without a single problem) I presume that behind the”No Gas” problem there may be a manufacturing defect in the unit which I purchased
Whatever may be the reason I have to suffer mentally/physically on a/c of both men &machine for which I request your immediate intervention in the matter by sending a senior technician who can go to the root of the reccuring problem of the Ac unit or replace the existing unit if there exists a manufacturing defect, otherwise I have to move to Consumers Forum/court the cost of consequences of which is to be borne by you.
