[Resolved] Voltas — warranty service not provided | |
I regret to inform that i have bought an ac from reliance digital dhanbad on 28/04/2017 and the after service is the worst i have seen ever. The first complaint (Call no-[protected]) was registered on 02/09/2017 and it is not resolved till date, after that i have called many a times but it is not done properly yet and also when i visited the reliance store there i got the information that my case is closed without being informed. Our AC unit which was fixed outside. Window AC fell down all of a sudden and our drainage pipe was broken. Irresponsibility shows. This may lead to some unwanted incident.
