I had purchased IFB washing Machine Model: DIGITAL 5. 5, SR. NO. WT DIG5. 5KG B 1880 on 28/07/2009. From installation, this machine is series of troubles. Almost every major item has been replaced methodically, but in vain. The service personnel are not so friendly and they always see how to charge the customer, even though he is in warranty or AMC Distributor Hadwika in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
